Frequency Infused Crystal Stickers (FICS) are stickers with a crystal base that have been imprinted with various frequencies targeting different issues.

How are these frequencies determined?

Change FICS every 12 hours. Some find them too energizing therefore please remove FICS 2 hours before bedtime. Each body is different and has different exposures to pathogens, foods, supplements and medicines take over the years, etc. As such, you will need to adjust your usage accordingly.
